Consultations Are Always Complimentary!

The consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit. It also allows us to know exactly what you're looking for so we can curate your best vacation yet!

While we would prefer for the consultation to be done over the phone, we understand that life gets in the way and sometimes schedules don't line up. We do have quote request forms which you can fill out on our website to help speed up the consultation call.

In order for us to begin building your custom quote, a contract will be signed (to protect both parties) and we will require a non-refundable research fee. This fee is dependent on the scope of the trip and will be discussed during your complimentary consultation.

Once the fee is paid, we will begin building your custom quotes/proposals.

Please note, the only time the research fee will be refunded is:

1. Payment was made, however, services were canceled prior to the contract being signed.
2. Breach of contract by Exploration Experts.

Three Proposals will be sent. We do request a phone call to discuss the various proposals.

1. Good Option - Always in budget. Realistic and fits most of your needs, but maybe not all of them.
2. Better Option - Most likely will be closer to the top of the budget. Comes closer to fitting all of your needs, if not all of them.
3. Best Option - There's a large chance this will be a little over your budget, however, it will give you everything you want plus the bells and whistles.

The research fee includes 2 revisions to the provided options.

This fee is only charged in a few scenarios and will be discussed during our consultation:

• Admin Heavy Trips
• Flight Only
• Travel within 30 Days

While we understand anybody can book travel themselves and avoid paying for a travel agent, the services we offer pay for themselves more than once over -- from the time saved on hold with vendors to the low stress booking process to the potential savings and so much more!
